Every three minutes in the United States, a woman is told she has breast cancer-over 184,000 women in 2008.  Worldwide, approximately 1.2 million cases of breast cancer were diagnosed in 2008.  John Anderson’s life has been deeply touched by breast cancer.  His mother, a close family friend, his sister and his wife have all had it.  October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so we’re featuring John to offer his unique slant on the issue, that of a man who deeply cares for-and want to support-women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer.  If you are a husband, father, brother, cousin, neighbor or friend, he has a special message for you that can make you more effective and supportive as this challenging illness is being faced.  He appears on Full Power Living on October 22 to share his story.
